Papers accepted become the copyright of the Journal, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Manuscripts and disc, ideally between 2000 and 8000 words (research notes up to 200 words), should be sent to: Prof. Sergio Salvatore. Articles can be considered only for complete copies of each manuscript and disc are initially submitted. They should be printed on one side of the paper, double spaced, with ample margins adhering strictly to the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA) (fourth edition) in all respects. A cover sheet should bear the title of the contribution, name(s) of the author(s) and the address where the work was carried out. A second sheet should again give the title of the of the piece (without the name(s) of the author(s), to facilitate ‘blind’ refereeing), together with an abstract of 100 - 150 words. The full postal address, email address and fax number of the author who will check proofs and receive correspondence and offprints should be also be included. All pages should be numbered. Contributors may also e-mail their articles to Prof. Sergio Salvatore: sergio.salvatore@yahoo.it. File copies of the articles, produced in recent version of Microsoft Word for PC or Mac, should be attached as an enclosure to the e-mailed standard standard submission letter.
Tables and captions to illustrations . Tables must be printed out on separate sheets and not included as part of the text. The captions to illustrations should be gathered together and also printed out on a separate sheet. Tables and figures should be numbered separately. The approximate position of tables and figures should be indicated in the manuscript. Captions should include keys to symbols.
Figures . Please supply one set of artwork in a finished form, suitable for reproduction, since figures will not normally be redrawn by the publisher.
References should be indicated in the typescript by giving the author’s name, with the year of publication in parentheses, as detailed in the APA style guide. If several papers by the same year are cited, a, b, c, etc. should be put after the year of publication. The references should be listed in full at the end of the paper in standard APA format.
Acceptance . Upon acceptance of the paper for publication, authors will be required to resubmit their article to the editors on disk, in either PC or MAC formats, preferably using the Microsoft Word program.
Proofs will be sent to authors if there is sufficient time to do so. They should be corrected and returned to the Editor within five days. Major alterations to the text cannot be accepted.
Offprints . Ten offprints of each paper are supplied free additional copies may be purchased and should be ordered when the proofs are returned. Offprints, together with a complete copy of the relevant journal issue, are sent about three weeks after publication.
Copyright . It is a condition of publication that authors vest copyright in their articles, including abstracts, Firera Publishing Group. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and the journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate. Authors are themselves responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyright material from other source.
